This is chilled packs only. These will be delivered on a Friday ready to heat. Meat is vacuum sealed and items like butt rub will be self assembly.

12 hour smoked pulled pork, in a brioche bun with bbq sauce, apple slaw and pickles
Beef barbacoa (shredded smoked spiced beef) in two soft flour tacos, with que gold sauce, sweet pickled red onions, feta and corriander.
Specially sourced thick baby backs.
5 smoked wings in a buffalo hot sauce with blue cheese sour cream
Spiced lamb shoulder shredded into two tacos with peach bbq sauce, apple slaw and topped with Salsa Roja.
Single large beef rib slow smoked, crusty, peppery and just amazing.
A speciality, beef cheek sliced onto our own Texas potato bread, with bbq sauce, chimiccuri and pickles.

A fresher slaw no mayo. Apple Cider vinagerette, apples, mint and shredded cabbage.
